Protect your ears.

Maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Studies show that a healthy cardiovascular system has a positive effect on hearing. The inner ear is extremely sensitive to blood flow. There is a significate association between high blood pressure and hearing loss. A high body mass index and diabetes are also found to be associated with an increased risk of hearing loss.
